All suite owners and business owners at Blue Mountain are required to become a member of the Blue Mountain Village Association
When purchasing a unit, upon transfer of title 2% of the purchase price is to be paid to the association plus annual dues if the property is in the Village Core, or 1% of the purchase price if the property is outside the Village Core.
Annual dues, paid quarterly for suites within the Village Core consist of $1.00/sqft
Annual dues, paid quarterly for suites outside the Village Core consist of $0.25/sqft
2% of all rental revenues are paid to the association as an amenity fee.
All fees are HST applicable.
Owners are required to disclose this on all rental agreements, invoices, receipts etc. and are responsible for remitting payment monthly to the Blue Mountain Village Association
