Market Watch

Happy February! We have some fresh snow and had a few sunny days this week which brings everyone outside to play. The market is warming up and new properties are being listed every day. February always tends to be a seller's market with a little less inventory and keen buyers looking for the perfect spot. Overall we expect to see a balanced market through the year although keep in mind that every micro-market has its own statistics. With a healthy job market, low-interest rates, and a growing economy the financial forecast is positive and with it comes consumer confidence. Investors are keen to purchase and the price range for investors, retirees and first-time buyers does collide. This makes our $400-660,000 price point very active. We have steady activity over the million-dollar mark and ongoing new construction in all our communities. We are optimistic that 2020 will be a great year once again. Moving Locations

We are excited to announce that our home base, Century 21 Millennnium Inc. Brokerage Collingwood is moving to 41 Hurontario St, Collingwood!
We will be making our move at the end of February and we can’t wait to show you our new space, stay tuned! 


Rotary For Kids 

Rotary 4KIDS Day of Giving & On-line Auction is organized by the Rotary Club of Collingwood - South Georgian Bay and the 95.1 The Peak FM radio station.
- 12 hours of dedicated programming of music, information, interviews and donation time to raise money for local children and youth in the greater Collingwood area.
- The Online Auction will have a two-week run-up beginning on January 30th, 2020 with two opportunities to help local kids, Day of Giving and the Online auction.
- The online auction will run as of January 30th and be open for bidding up to and including the day of the broadcast on Feb 13th.
In the last 3 years, proceeds of this event went to LOCAL charities such as the following: Collingwood Youth Center, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Dragon Boat & Canoe Club camp costs, Kids Art and Drama Camps, Local Scholarships for High School Grads, Sending local students on an International Exchange to other countries, Georgian College, Blue Mountain Retired Women Teachers - Books for Babies, Tim Horton Children’s Foundation, Elephant Thoughts Science Camps, The South Georgian Bay Music Foundation (for students), Rotary Youth Leadership Award and many more.
